School Procedures

Morning Drop-Off
*Bussed Students will be dropped off at the Bus Doors on Meadow.

*Students being dropped off (individual cars) can be dropped off in the lot beside the Pre-School and crossed to the school doors facing Meadow Road (bus doors).

*Kindly remember not to park your vehicle and enter by the front doors of the school in the morning.  Students may be dropped off at the steps on Woodside Drive and should enter the front doors of the school on their own. 

*Parents are not permitted to enter the building to walk children to their classrooms. It is preferred that you park in the pre-school lot and cross your children to the bus doors for entry into the school.  We are trying to maintain a safe atmosphere for all of our students.

*All students are to report to their homerooms upon arrival.

School Absence
Kindly remember to call your students off sick by 9:30 am and send a note to the office when they return from their absence.  This is a mandate from the State of PA.

Absentee Homework
Please request homework at the time you report your student off school.
Homework MAY ONLY be picked up between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.
Homework may be sent home with a sibling or neighbor.

AfterCare Pickup
AfterCare for Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st grade students
will be in the Preschool Building until 5:00 pm each day. 
After 5:00 pm Preschool, K and 1st grade students will be picked up in the school cafeteria.
Please use the back double doors across from Newmeyer Hall.

AfterCare students (2nd through 8th grade) will be in the school cafeteria until 6:00 pm each day.
Please use the double doors facing Newmeyer Hall when picking up AfterCare students.
Use the doorbell on the right hand side of the door frame.

2 Hour Delay
In the event of a 2 Hour Delay
Regular K - 8 students schedule is: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
AM Kindergarten students will dismiss at 12:00 pm
4 Year AM Preschool:  10:30 am - 12:15 pm
4 Year PM Preschool:  1:00 pm - 2:45 pm
3 Year AM Preschool:  11:00 am - 12:30 pm
3 Year PM Preschool:  12:45 pm - 2:15 pm
